Admission to the Museum is free; however, donations are appreciated. The Museum is a non-profit organization that relies on donations and volunteers to carry out its activities.
The Museum is located at the corner of Front and Principale Streets, at the entrance to the Aylmer Marina. Out-of-town visitors can reach the Museum by following the blue Tourisme Québec signage on Highway 148.
Thanks to the interpretive panels and artifacts on display, visitors can explore the various themes proposed on the building’s two floors at their own pace (note that there is no elevator).
The museum offers a virtual tour of the exhibition on the 2nd floor for people with reduced mobility, with a kiosk accessible from the museum. There is no charge to use this terminal. The second floor of the museum is accessible and partially complies with Kéroul standards.
Free parking for cars and buses at the Aylmer Marina, just behind the Museum. Please make sure you park in the permitted zone and respect parking restrictions.
The Museum is located near a STO bus stop, lines No. 41 and 800.
